If you haven’t already booked for dinner then please be advised that booking a table is essential for both the Bar and Restaurant. We are also introducing bookings for Breakfast to adhere to social distancing guidelines.
You can be assured that every measure has been taken to ensure the cleanliness of your room. Unfortunately we have had to remove certain items that we normally have in the rooms to reduce touchpoints.
To keep outside contact with your room to the minimum, we’ll be operating a
“Housekeeping Light” service, which means our house keeping staff will only service your room if specifically requested. This means that no one will enter your room for the duration of your stay. Any additional items can easily be requested from reception. If you would prefer a traditional housekeeping service, please let us know when you check-in.
After a busy day of exploring Glenfinnan and the surrounding area, you can relax comfortably with our socially distanced dining. Please remember as much as possible to adhere to social distancing measures that have been put in place – (we are in this together!) Table service will be in operation throughout the hotel for both the Bar and Restaurant. Please remember to book for Dinner and Breakfast!
All our team members will be wearing face masks in accordance with government guidelines. They will also wear gloves where appropriate and if not they will be employing high frequency hand washing and hand sanitising.
In the unlikely event of you experiencing any COVID symptoms during your stay, we kindly ask you to stay in your room and notify reception via telephone.
Please make your reservation with us knowing that you are in dedicated, caring and responsible hands. To our old friends that we have missed over recent months, we look forward to welcoming you back. To the new friends we have yet to meet we hope that we have taken a small step to reassure you of our very best efforts to keep you safe and sound.
We are ‘Good to Go!’
